We stand behind the quality of our products. Each product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the original purchase date.

What's Covered:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use

Structural issues such as cracking, warping caused by production flaws

Shipping damage (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos)

What's Not Covered:

Damage due to misuse, dropping, improper storage, or accidents

Normal wear and tear (e.g., tip wear, finish fading, grip discoloration)

Environmental damage from heat, humidity, or exposure to moisture

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

For cue shafts:
Joint mismatch when a shaft is purchased separately and paired with a non-original or incompatible butt. Such compatibility issues are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered under warranty. Repair may be offered only if the customer ships both the shaft and butt together and covers round-trip shipping costs.
