I. RETURN POLICY
1. 30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase that the order is from https://okhealing.shop/.

Limited edition products
Discontinued products
Accessories

Products purchased during sales or special promotions are NOT eligible for refunds, including but not limited to: discount deals, bundle offers, and buy-one-get-one promotions.

Please note that returns must be requested before sending any items back. Any return shipments without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@okhealing.shop

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. European Union 14 Day Cooling-off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Refunds

If the return is due to the consumer's reasons, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fees and any customs duties. These fees will vary based on your chosen shipping provider.

If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

II. CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation Timeframe

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and only if the order has not yet been shipped.

2. Shipped Orders

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process instead.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

Customized products and promotional orders are NOT eligible for cancellation.
